Definitions by Law
By Owner, We Us and Our we mean the supplier of the goods Happy Ever After Designs
You or Your means the customer hiring the Goods.
Goods means all equipment hired by Us to the Customer.

Terms & Conditions.

1.All hired goods remain our property..The Customer is responsible for the hired goods during the period of hire.

2. Once a deposit is paid to secure your booking this is non-refundable for items booked on the invoice.

 3.The agreement for the hire of goods is between Happy Ever After Designs and the Customer, not the venue unless goods are being hired directly by the venue.

4.Happy Ever After Designs will charge the Customer for any costs due to terms and conditions being broken. It is then the responsibility of the Customer to reclaim any of these costs
from the venue if the venue was at fault. 

5.Shortages and damages to hired goods will be charged at full replacement value and delivery to The Owner. No substitute item will be accepted by The Owner. 

6.The Owner will inform The Customer within 7 days, in writing of any damages and costs concerning any of the Hired Goods. An invoice will be sent outlining amount of damage and costs exceeding the Security Deposit. 

7.Goods must be ready for collection at the agreed location at the correct date and time. A charge is made for an aborted delivery/collection by the courier and The Owner where the venue/customer is at fault. (DIY) 

8.Goods must be packed in the boxes/bags they were delivered in. (DIY) 

9.Charges will be made for any damaged goods including goods that have been dragged on the floor, ground in earth stains, burns, holes, rips and tears, candle wax, grease or deep staining. 

10.Charges will also be made for replacement boxes/bags. 

11.Damaged goods remain the property of Happy Ever After Designs. 

12.If goods are not returned at the end of the agreed hire period Happy Ever After Designs retain the right to charge for:
The cost of replacement goods to honour any bookings where the goods are required.
The cost of replacement goods where hired items are permanently not returned. 

13.All replacement goods will be charged at the cost of goods including delivery. 

14.Goods that are to be collected and returned by the Customer must be collected and returned to the agreed office on the agreed dates otherwise charges will be made as stated in .
point number 12

15.Any collections that are to be made on the same day after 7pm will be charged a surcharge of £75.00 onwards depending on size of job. 

16.All tables and chairs which are to be dressed must be set in place for arrival of happy ever after designs 

17. Price match guarantee will only be guaranteed if the other company is offering the same quality and service as ourselves a copy of their quotation will need to be forwarded onto happy ever after designs 

We Hold full Public Liability Insurance and all our electrical products are reguarly P.A.T tested.

Chiavari chair hire

 All hire chairs remain the property of Happy Ever After Designs

 Hire periods will be no longer that 24 hours unless agreed at booking

 All damages & losses must be paid for – except normal wear & tear

 We will deliver the chairs to your venue but it will be your responsibility to set out

 After use the chairs must be stacked 5 high & be ready for collection at the agreed time

 Chairs must not be removed from the agreed location (room) unless agreed at booking

 The hirer must take responsibility for the security of the chairs

 Chairs can be potential trip hazards – Please take due care when setting out

 A deposit will be required & refunded at the end of the hire (once chairs are checked in)

 The hirer must inform Happy Ever After Designs of any obstacles which may impede delivery (Stairs etc)
